The Secret of Life

As the Lord God was creating the world He called upon His archangels. The Lord asked His archangels to help Him decide where to put the Secret of Life. "Bury it in the ground," one angel replied. "Put it on the bottom of the sea," said another. "Hide it in the mountains," another suggested. The Lord replied, "If I see to do any of those only a few will find the Secret of Life. The Secret of Life must be accessible to everyone!" One angel replied, "I know: put it in each man's heart. Nobody will think to look there." "Yes!" said the Lord. "Within each man's heart." And so it is- the Secret of Life lies within all of us.

WAIT... MY CHILD

-unknown author"Desperately, helplessly, longingly, I cried.Quietly, patiently, lovingly God replied.I pled and I wept for a clue to my fate,And the Master so gently said, "Child, you must wait.""Wait? You say wait?" my indignant reply."Lord, I need answers, I need to know why!Is Your hand shortened? Or have You not heard?By faith I have asked, and am claiming Your Word.""My future and all to which I can relateHangs in the balance, and You tell me to wait?I'm needing a 'yes', a go-ahead sign,Or even a 'no' to which I can resign.""And Lord, You promised that if we believeWe need but to ask, and we shall receive. And Lord, I've been asking, and this is my cry:I'm weary of asking! I need a reply!"Then quietly, softly, i learned of my fateAs my Master replied once again, "You must wait."So, I slumped in my chair, defeated and tautAnd grumbled to God, "So, I'm waiting... for what?"He seemed then to kneel and His eyes wept with mine,And He tenderly said, "I could give you a sign.I could shake the heavens, and darken the sun.I could raise the dead, and cause mountains to run.All you seek, I could give, and pleased you would be.You would have what you want...But you wouldn't know Me.""You'd not know the depth of My love for each saint; You'd not know the power that I give to the faint; You'd not learn to see through the clouds of despair; You'd not learn to trust just by knowing I am there; You'd not know the joy of resting in MeWhen darkness and silence were all you could see.""You'd never experience that fullness of loveAs the peace of My Spirit descends like a dove. You'd know that I give and I save...(for a start),But you'd not know the depth of the beat of My heart.""The flow of My comfort late into the night,The faith that I give when you walk without sight. The depth that's beyond getting just what you askedOf an infinite God, Who makes what you have last.""You'd never know, should your pain quickly flee,What it means that 'My grace is sufficient for thee.'Your dreams for your loved ones overnight would come true,But oh, the loss! if I lost what I'm doing in you.""So, be silent, My child, and in time you will seeThat the greatest of gifts is to get to know Me.And though oft may My answers seem terribly late,My wisest of answers is still but to wait."

In addition to Daniele's Video "Killer" I would like to share the following story.. when I heard it some years ago, I really had to repent for all gossip spread by me, and now I can use this test to really proove everything before I spread it around..3-Filter-Test by SokratesOne day the philosopher Sokrates met a man who said:“Do you know what I have heard about your friend?“„Hold on for a minute,“ said Sokrates. „before you are going to tell me, I would like you to pass a little test. It is called the 3-Filter-Test.“

Miracle Conduits

It is amazing how many people speak the Word of God but do not believe in their heart that it is for them. Take the example below (it is in an abbreviated form). The story has been posted on the Internet, passed out at various churches around the world by people who liked the concept that it was real, and preached by those who were eye witnesses to the event. But to this day still need to be encouraged to believe it during the crisis or needs of their life. I pray that as you read this that God will place the truth in your heart and that He really will see you through each and every true need--not desire or lust--need, that you have.

How Can A Woman Not Love The Lord?

He is a gentleman, He is confident. He is a provider and protector, He is rich and powerful. He owns everything, there is nothing He wouldn't do for her. He perfects all things concerning her, He anticipates her wants and needs. Every day He tells her and shows her how much He loves her. She doesn't have to perform in order to earn His love, He keeps all of His promises, and no one can influence His opinion of her. He is the ultimate intimate partner, He can't "disown' her because she is a part of Him. He prepares a table before her, He covers her and doesn't expose her, and He writes His loving words down so that she'll never forget how He feels about her!NOW THAT"S LOVE!!!!!!! Wake up every day and thank God for being the best "man" in your life!

Me and My God

My life with my God, started when i was baptised at St. Peter Church Thundersley. My Baptism was one week before my first birthday, Sun 7th may 1992. i can not remember much about that day. me and my brother and sister and my twin sister attended church every Sunday. I loved my mum in my young life (i still do). I never wanted to lie to her and do want she says. she brought me up saying violence is bad and don't swear. so i didn't like violence and i didn't swear (and they are still two rules are still with me, i don't swear and i don't like violence).

Does God Care About The Little Things?

One morning several months ago, I was in early morning prayer. After my time with the Lord, I felt strongly he had told me to pick up my grandson Tyler and take him to school. Well, that's strange. I had no idea why the Holy Spirit would ask me to do that. I often did try to pick him up and take him to school. But hadn't done it in awhile. So not wanting to be disobedient, I picked up the phone and called my daughter in law. I told her if she would like, I would run by and pick Tyler up for school and drop him off. He only lived about a mile from me. I am not sure but I think he was too close to the school for the bus anyway, or she just didn't like putting him on it. AMEN to that.

Abba YHWH Elohim, Avinu Malkeynu, we Your people praise Your Holy Name. We thank You for this past year. What we, finite beings perceived as good and bad; it’s all been for the good and we thank You for the lessons learned and the growth achieved. Forgive us of all our short comings and failures and help us to do and be all that you want us and have us too in this coming year, all for the honor and glory of Your Name. Make us one with You and each other through You, so as to be a light to the nations and hasten the coming of Moshiach. Next Year in Jerusalem! B’shem Yeshuah Moshiaynu, Ameyn!LaShannah Tovah and Shavuah Tov!
