Praising God for His Awesome works

Hello everyone and I hope this new year has been blessed so far. I just wanted to write and share something with all of you. As most of you already know, the Lord brought me out of a deep dark place. At one time I was so messed up on crack cocaine, that my life was a living hell.

On New Years eve, I received a phone call from a friend who was visiting some people that I used to be very tight with (my old party buddies). They all said hello and Happy New Year and asked how I was doing and all I could say was God has blessed me tremendously. There were some tears from a couple of the girls who said " I wish I could do it, Ang", and my heart broke because I know that feeling of hopelessness.
