Bruce was going to church with his aunt. It was a local Assemblies of God church called Harvest Community Church.One week, while praying at church, Bruce’s attention was drawn to a woman who was being prayed for. As she returned to her seat, she passed by him. She didn’t notice him. But, as she passed by him, he could see not only her physical being, but he could see deep into her heart. It was as if The Lord opened up her heart and exposed it to him.Bruce saw a life troubled by pain, loneliness and failed relationships. He was still praying, and he asked God why He would show him such a sight. There must be a reason, but what was it? Was God telling him to do something? Or was He merely showing Bruce that he wasn’t the only person who was dealing with something?
