TODAY'S READING: Leviticus 23 & 24Leviticus 23:14b…this is a permanent regulation through all your generations, no matter where you live.Leviticus 23: 21b…this is to be a permanent regulation through all you generations, no matter where you live.Leviticus 23:31b…it is a permanent regulation through all your generations, no matter where you live.Leviticus 23:41b…it is a permanent regulation, generation after generation;Leviticus 24:3b…this is to be a permanent regulation through all you generations.Leviticus 24:9b…This is a permanent law.Do you think there is another pattern here?What is this permanent regulation through all of Israel's generations, no matter where they live? Each of these verses is after YHWH has again given his instructions regarding what Leviticus 23:1 says that they are "...designated times of ADONAI which you are to proclaim as holy convocations are my designated times." These are what have incorrectly been labled the "feasts of Israel." The better title would be "The Feasts of YHWH," as is indicated by the aforementioned verse.
